Pricing should not be a shell game between a production company and it's clients. After 38 years of serving companies large and small, we understand budgets and we strive very hard to meet the demands - as well as the restrictions of a project. It's your money and we respect that. Our practice for pricing is simple:

  • We give a written initial quote on every project.
  • It lists ALL activities and the costs associated with each one from the client's input.
  • This gives you, the client, an accounting of where your money is going and it explains and justifies any adjustments later should you make changes to the project.
  • No production company should be able to give an exact quote without a final approved script. How can you price a house without knowing how many rooms and what's on the floors and counters? You can't. Once we have that final script we'll give you an updated budget for your approval. There are no up charges or surprises and that's the project's price unless you make changes.
  • Every project is different, requiring different people, different talents, different services and equipment, therefore there is no standard pricing per type of project. All the time we hear that video is $1,000 per finished minute. We were hearing the same figure in the 80's. There are more options now, new techniques and equipment and crews earn more. Our pricing "per service" is standard and we are able to discount on combining elements within a project. i.e.: video, graphics, package design and printing etc.
  • We ensure that the materials produced for our clients are of quality raw materials, quality printing and packaging, and that all required royalties have been paid. We know there are times when doing it right costs more - but it's your image and ours on the line.

We value our relationships with our clients and strive to save them money where it's possible - and we inform them when it isn't advisable to cut costs. We choose not to waste money whether it is our's or our clients', and the trust we've built over the years reflects our commitment to service and honesty.
